DMK Drilling Fluids Ltd. is a drilling fluid service and supply company that has been providing quality products and service for over 20 years. We are based in Western Canada and are primarily focused in Alberta and B.C, with the majority of our experience in the Peace Arch, Northeastern B.C., Edson, Foothills, and Grande Prairie regions.

Our commitment to technical innovations has brought better drilling fluids to the oil industry. We are both technically and environmentally responsible with a high-quality infrastructure, focusing on a unique approach to drilling fluid design and programming.

Our technical and laboratory staff are dedicated to the research and development of new and improved products from around the world. We thoroughly test and develop these products for industry application and environmental compatibility.

Some of the advantages of using DMK include:

• We own a warehouse and trucking facility in Grande Prairie (Clairmont). This location stores both dry and wet products and is also our distribution point. We own mixing, storage and transportation equipment for our Invert. DMK Drilling Fluids is pleased to announce that we have expanded our services to the United States operating under DMK Drilling Fluids (USA) Ltd. as of 2007.
• We use our own fleet of trucks most of which are dedicated to Invert delivery to reduce transportation costs for our customers.
• We own a CAEAL accredited laboratory and research facility that is the largest in Northern Alberta. Our 5000 square foot facility PEACE ANALYTICAL LABORATORIES (PAL) is located in Clairmont, Alberta providing the industry with complete environmental analysis, routine DST analysis and complex invert and oil analysis. We pride ourselves on our quick turn-around times.
• Our mud systems range from inhibitive water-based systems, polymer and CaCl2 Invert. We place a strong emphasis on research and development and were the first to introduce Western Canada to the Potassium Formate system (in both water-based and oil-based fluids).
• Our staff which includes a Technical Manager, Operations Manager, Field Superintendent and Technical Service Representatives are highly experienced, properly trained and updated technically on a regular basis. All of our Technical Service Representatives are company employees who carry proper safety and industry certification. We place a strong emphasis on good daily communication between the field, office and our clients.
